A new way of living within an existing structure.

The project transforms a former commercial space into the city’s first university residence of its kind. From the outside, a rhythmic façade of screens creates order, privacy and a sense of repetition.

Inside, that order begins to break. Colour, material and unexpected geometries introduce a more expressive language — one shaped by the energy of student life.

A dialogue between discipline and spontaneity, between the calm of the façade and the intensity of what happens behind it.
